How You Can Help

Keep us up to date
Ensure your details are up to date including address and contact numbers so that we can contact you regarding your appointments or medical details and also to ensure hospital letters reach the right address. Let us have your mobile number and we will send you a text message reminding you of your appointment

The telephones are especially busy between 8am – 10am for urgent appointments and also between 2pm – 3pm when test results become available .  We would ask patients to avoid calling between these times for routine matters and to keep your call as brief as possible.

We value feedback from patients and welcome your comments or suggestions. You can provide these to us by email to [email protected] or by calling in at the surgery.

Try to attend punctually for your appointments.  Unfortunately if you are late we may have to rearrange your appointment.

Missed appointments present a problem to the practice as the wasted appointments could have been used by another patient. Please remember, if you can’t attend your appointment, cancel it.

We expect patients to treat our staff and other members of the public courteously and be polite at all times. We also expect patients to treat our premises well. Where such expectations are not met issues will be addressed and patients may be asked to leave and in extreme cases the police may be called.
